“Good location, easy to get to, room was better than the compaction in the area.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, due to the recent renovation, the public area is not very clean. There is no buffet breakfast provided (though you get a bag of a snack, a muffin, and a bottled water). Also, the controller of my room's air conditioner didn't work. I set it to 75 degree but the temperature is still 61. ”

“Firstly they Refused my paid booking through Hotels.com. Had to rebook with them at 20% more, said new management, could not get $$$ from the portal on line. Asked for Non smoking room, was a smoking room with cigarette burns all over, bed and sheets too. Tv broken, No internet, Door would not lock properly, jammed it shut it with a chair. Next morning and different shift of staff, was told was Hotels.com fault, we called them on no reservations this week. I am sure a third excuse would come……
