“The house was perfect for our family weekend get-a-way! The views outside were just beautiful! Although the weather was rainy and cloudy most of the time, it didn’t stop the kids from fishing and paddle boating in the pond every day. We all had a great time and would definitely go back again and can only imagine how amazing it would be to see the stars on a clear night.”

Our second day was pretty overcast, so we took an hour drive to Kinzua Bridge State Park, which was really cool as well. The accommodations and experience exceeded our expectations!”

“The home is spacious & well laid out with tons inside and out to do. Our teens kept busy playing pool, using the paddle boat in the pond and running outside with dogs! Internet & smart TV’s were great. The house has several different hangout areas and was well appointed. A Christmas tree was purchased for the house to add a special perk for our vacation (thank you Dan!) Communication was absolutely fantastic with property contact! I personally loved cooking dinner and watching deer in the……

“My family and I had a weekend getaway here. We enjoyed the house, the board games, and exploring the property. If you’re in need of some relaxation and quiet this is a great place to do it. The driveway is very long, just keep going, you’ll get there. The Austin dam is minutes down the road, the Potter County Pub is 10 minute drive and a great place for food and drinks.”
