“I took red eye flight and arrived early in the morning. Reception staff refused to let me check in early even the cleaning lady next to him proposed to clean the empty room first for me. I know there was check in policy but this was not very helpful and personalised. Other than the staff, this hotel is a good choice if you want to stay need to the airport.”

“这个酒店看上去挺有历史感，里面的装修很好，工作人员也十分好早餐，品种不算特别多，但是味道很不错，咖啡很好，这家酒店算是比较好的，但是我住的房间洗手间晚上会有一点点吵，但不至于影响入睡”

“Terrible I asked the reception in advance about the availability of the airport shuttle bus. I was told every 30 min. When I arrived the airport at 12:00 and waited half hour, nothing came. I call the hotel reception 3 times, and I was told the shuttle will come at 5:30 PM… So be prepared that you only have 33% percent chance to reach the service and at least 50% you will hear a lie. And prepare the euros cash for taxi. ”

“Der Eingangsbereich mit Rezeption ist zu eng, wenn Anreisende am Check in stehen, kommt man kaum ins Hotel. Zimmer sauber, Anordnung Badezimmer nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Abgetrenntes WC, Waschbecken und Dusche (zu niedriger Wasserdruck) im Zimmer. Da wäre ein gewöhnliches Bad mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche hinter einer Tür praktischer gewesen. Unklar, warum das so konzipiert wurde. Jede Menge TV Sender, aber kein MDR!? Frühstücksbuffet ist Selbstbedienung, allerdings müssen auch die Tische……

“Arrived around 7, took quite some time to check-in as there were only 2 receptionists and more than 10 groups of guests and flight crews on top of that. Probably just unlucky timing. The room in the executive tower was amazing and comfortable, the only imperfection is a cluster of dust dangling from the ceiling. Overall, amazing staying experience. ”

“I would highly suggest not to choose this hotel for your business trip, especially for those you participate the exhibition. they will oversell and you will have to find other hotel while you arrive. During exhibition, its very difficult to find ”
