“Biltmore Hotel is a beautiful place to stay, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the unique Tbilisi city on a very green street. We got sick with Covid 19 and the staff did everything possible to accommodate all our needs. They called doctors and delivered medication and food to our doors. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful hotel.”

I didn't have much time to walk somewhere for a meal, and at the time hotel restaurants were either closed or didn't serve proper meal, so I had to order room service (which was still delicious, but I would have prefered to eat out).”

“Very central. Always good to have an equipped kitchen when you want it. Remember you have to go through a covered alleyway to get to the hotel. ”

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……

“一次不错的住宿体验，此酒店就位于旧货市场斜对面，很好找····酒店的服务人员也很nice,看到我们的行李很多，主动帮我们提行李到客房。。而且还是个超级大帅哥。。房间不大，但是很干净，床对面就是阳台，他家阳台是连通的··走出去就可以看见旧货市场和库拉河。一楼大厅旁边有个蒂凡尼bar,晚上还有酒会，进去坐坐听听异国歌曲。。挺有情调的···”
