“I really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect location for me visiting relatives. The unit was clean and had everthing I needed. There is a fire pit, deck and BBQ if you wanted to use them. For a 1 bedroom I thought it was quite spacious. I am hoping to stay there again in the near future.”

“My family really enjoyed our stay at Foxfire Heritage Farm. What a unique way to camp in the comfort of a 2 pod yurt. They had everything that we needed minus a shower. There was lots of firewood for our cold nights but it was only softwood...which had me up every couple hours to restoke. The beds were very comfortable and the power pack was such a convenience to keep our phones charged. We really loved being able to explore the property and visit with all the animals. What an awesome……

Check in and instructions were very clear and the homeowners made it clear that we could contact them with any questions. “We chose this cottage to spend the New Year in peace, close to nature and with family. When we arrived, we received a beautiful basket with delicious treats, wine and a special greeting card. The cottage stands out not only for being super clean and well located, but also for all the amenities offered. “Very small cottage, some beds were quite uncomfortable and bathroom plumbing needs repairs (taps leak water onto counter, shower temperature difficult to adjust so either very hot or very cold). Nice renovated kitchen, beautiful view and lots of outdoor seating. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall clean. Difficult to find as not well marked. Bring water shoes if you plan to swim off the shore. Public beach close by. Good location.”
