“I noticed that the window in our room was put in backwards so that the locks did not work. The locking mechanism was in the middle of two sliding panes instead of where the window meets the window frame, so the hooks could not engage with the lock openings in the window frame. I felt this was a safety issue as anyone could slide open the windows. I noticed that all the windows I walked past outside were also erroneously installed as I walked by them outside. Grounds mgmt should flip the windows……

“After email 2 days prior to arriving asking that the hot tubs would be clean and working, we arrived to two hot tubs with greenish cloudy water that smelled like an old aquarium. Two days in to the stay someone applied some chemicals. I assume they were from the mgmt company but have no idea. I would not rent this property again and most likely not from Vacasa properties in this area again.”

“It was a great area and the house was super cute and had a lot of amenities. On the surface the house seemed clean but there were of dead flies in corners, there was a huge ball of hair on top of the shower ledge, the porch was filled with tons of full trash bags. Aside from some extra care needed with cleaning it was a pleasant stay with friends.”

“Our corporate group had an incredibly fun stay at Red Clover for a recent ski retreat. The property is impeccably maintained, staff are all very friendly and hospitable, and were communicative before and during our stay. The Red Clover team welcomed our group with open arms (and fresh baked cookies to boot!). It was the perfect setup for our group of ~25, and we appreciated the variety of sleeping rooms, and the number of rooms available. We also loved the dining area and the fact that it could……

“Stayed here with the family for 5 nights for midweek skiing. Have stayed in Sunrise before so we know we like the area. This unit gave us what we needed. Shame the fire wasn't working, but not the end of the world. The keypad door lock was great instead of needing a key. Would prefer regular toilet seats instead of squishy ones. They also don't stay up so have to be held. My teens would have liked the lock on the kids bathroom to work (it locked the handle, but the door could just be pushed……
