Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people. All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean.”

“是在埃及期间住到的最满意的酒店 房间很大 阳台很舒服 浴室都隔成三个隔间 洗漱用品也非常齐全 最关键的是酒店有好多游泳池 自己就有海滩 不出酒店就能直接浮潜 潜水 环境也特别好 适合全家一起旅游！就是离市场稍微有点远 但是离机场近！总之 再去沙姆沙伊赫 还是会选择这家酒店 性价比超高！”

“La struttura è molto bella curata e pulita il cibo buono ma ripetitivo cucina internazionale la spiaggia molto bella pulita ordinata e curata il servizio straordinario dalla reception che mi hanno aiutato molto Ibram in particolare avendo avuto un problema purtroppo manca la barriera corallina come purtroppo un dappertutto a Sharm per trovarla bisogna spostarsi in aree protette comunque devo dire di essere molto soddisfatto ”

“Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here! ”

“We enjoyed our 4-night stay at swim-up rooms and truly enjoyed having the pool right in our balcony. It offered great privacy. The hotel over all was nice and as luxurious as promised. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a large selection of food but it could be better. Note to people of color- the majority of guests are white and unfortunately many carry themselves with so much privilege. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware”
