“Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. “Stay was so-so. Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived - sink was not cleaned and had hair/toothpaste stains, there was garbage in the garbage can. You could plug in either the tv or the fridge but not both! The reception was usually empty, and often the lights would be off and you would have to feel your way to the stairs. There was also no hot water the whole time. However the location is perfect, the bed was comfy, the service was fine, and there is an excellent restaurant attached (seriously,……
