“Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. “We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement……

There is nothing that we have experienced so far that has fallen short of our elevated expectations. Thank goodness we have a lot of days left for things to do, sights to see, people to meet. “It’s the people who made this a good stay. The staff is so kind and even tried to dry my clothes before I went on the bus. Ven (Ian) the guy at reception was amazing and so kind. The room was big however super noise since it was on the first floor. I did not feel safe as the locks on the door was quite bad, was well as the one to the balcony. Didn’t sleep very well due to noice from outside the room. There is some kind of door bell that kept ringing. Think it would be better to stay at another……
