“We were excited to return to the chalet for another Gore Mountain ski adventure with our two kids. The Chalet felt even more like home the second time around. “There was no heat the first night we were there. The management company said there was a power outage. Luckily, someone in our group was in HVAC tech because the emergency call wasn’t going to respond till 10 AM the next day. The management company offered a late check out as compensation for our inconvenience, which was kind of insulting. I had to ask for a free night before they agreed to it. The thermostat in the house was locked and set to 70. I pay good money for the houses that I rent……

The house was very clean and spacious, the hosts were very communicative, the location was great (just 30 minutes away from Lake George, 10 minutes from Lake Minerva and a3 minutes away from charming downtown North Creek). Highly recommend and will stay again when traveling to the area!”

“Sweet cozy cabin, perfect for couples. All essentials are provided for a nice little vacation. Large window overlooking meadow provides gorgeous mountain views. Fridge is very small, but has room for essentials. The cabin is decorated in rustic chicness. Very private and peaceful. We'll definitely be back for a future visit.”

“Cabin was extremely clean. Had everything you would want at your fingertips. Loved the compact kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom shower had good water pressure & plenty of hot water. Cabin bed was very comfortable & plenty of blankets. Only small disappointment the kindling wood to use in the firepit was too wet to start a fire. Maybe an outside box to cover the wood to keep it dry would help.”
