Staff was rude. Did not clean my room. Apparently we had to request????

When we arrived beds were made but there was popcorn all over the floor. Doubt the full room was cleaned. Could have called to tell them but i though it was such a inconvenience for me to call them specifically from a long drive and was looking forward to rest. The hotel looks remodeled but only the front entrance. The rest of the hotel needs more TLC

Reception area was nice, rooms were fine except mold in shower grout. Did give us a rather unsettled feeling as we read the sign in our parking area stating that a “bait” car was parked there to deter auto “theft”.
