“The old school house is in an old victorian building beautifully ornate. Extremely clean and so comfortable with modern vibes will definately be back. Bus stops practically outside property to visit Lytham or Blackpool or couple stops from St Annes definately recommend ”

“Would highly recommend, was unsure at first, with some bad reviews but they where unfounded, very nice clean apartment with all utensils included, I will definitely book again The only thing that was a little let down was the TV was broke But I had my iPad so could still watch everything on that ”

“I loved this apartment, it was one of the best I've ever stayed in. It was large, clean, and had everything that was needed. Parking was easy and the location on the promenade was excellent.”

“Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend”

“Absolutely fantastic 10/10! The apartment was perfect, it was cleaned to perfection and had everything we needed ( more!). The little home comforts made it feel lovely and cosy. The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. The couple who run the apartments are both really friendly and helpful. Location is great, a short walk to the centre or for us with a tired little……

“The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and had no duvet cover or sheets the spa bath was nothing like pic just a small spa bath the eletric kept tripping of kitchen light but was worth the money kids loved it nice big tv internet worked everything you needed in kitchen would recomend”

“Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. ”

“There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked……

“Blackpool has so many hotel rooms, so many holiday flats... but not many with any level of comfort. The Park Road Suites are an exception. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably central. We also gained the benefit of free on-site parking. YES, I would stay again YES, you should book!”

“Great place to stay locally, shame the sound proofing isn’t better as you can practically hear everything that happens in other apartments but other than that it was perfect. Was lacking a few things encase you wanted to self cook like oven proof dishes and chopping knives but I’m assuming there biggest clientele is people prefer to order in which I’m sadly not. I also received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was greatly appreciated”

“We loved Hy Hotel Lytham, particuarly the staff and especially Maxine, who could not be any more helpful. Top marks for staff, cleanliness, location and welcoming atmosphere. Cannot wait to return! Steam room and jacuzzi were a little cold but that was just a minor negative. Hope to be back soon. ”
