Within walking distance to a few beach bars and walked over to Maho Beach too a few times. The pool was nice (warm) and had plenty of seating, always a few seats available. “This was our first time in St. Martin. I fell in love with the pictures of this unit. The pictures cannot capture how wonderful this place is. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. But the VIEW!!!! Oh my gosh!!! The view from the balcony and the private terrace cannot be described!!!! Absolutely breathtaking!!!! The pools were fantastic. Our own private beach! Communication with Susan, the owner, was immediate. She also was so helpful in suggesting places for us to eat and……

“This property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing. The pictures are spot on for this property and we are booking again in the coming months! I was a little worried that sometimes you aren’t sure what you are booking but this was amazingly perfect. Can’t wait to go back!”

“This property was perfect for us 2 couples! Pools and property were beautiful & maintained well and the location is perfect. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even a grocery store. Condo was clean and well stocked with coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella ect.”

It made getting in and out of the condo extremely difficult, especially for my husband. Being able to get gold cart service to Kalatua at Mullet was an unexpected surprise. “The A/C did not work properly, and the room smelled of cat urine. We needed to go to the local supermarket to buy air freshener and candles as the smell was so unbearable it caused me a headed. There were cats all around the property. ”

“What an amazing view!! Short walk to market, restaurant, beach, casino. Loved the balcony pool. I was a little disappointed with Smart Vacation shopping service. They shopped a very expensive store as compared to market prices in town. Would not recommend using. Taxi service is reasonable and friendly for our trips around island. Hope to be back!!”

“Nice property. Grounds and pool maintained. Stayed for 2 weeks. We do cook meals at least half the time and found the kitchen could use some necessities like cups and bowls. Also, living room furniture is lacking seating and current furniture is uncomfortable. Other than that it would be nice if each bedroom had a TV. We will return.”
