“A wonderful Manor House with views and trees, birds and big Wiltshire skies. Perfect room with an enormous comfortable sleigh bed, sofa and spotless bathroom. Wendy is a perfect host and was so caring of us. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out on a large dining table. “This is a nice house. We can see through a window a farm with sheep and cow. However, it's a little bit hot inside the room at night time because we must keep the windows shut to prevent insects coming in when we sleep.”

“A characterful hotel in a great location. Our room was very spacious and in the old part of the hotel, full of old beams and quirky corners. Bed was large and comfortable. Lighting was a bit lacking and because we faced onto the street it was not suitable to have the blinds and curtains open. The restaurant had a great aspect facing onto the river and grounds. "The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!"
