“2024/5 arrived Ont airport. I thought the free shuttle is at every 20 min. But it is not, we have to call hotel to get pick up. And the oversee telephone call is expensive, … it is not good for foreigners. ”

“Check in/out done on your phone, just pick up the key at the front desk. The room was clean & comfortable. Bed was comfortable & the blackout curtains helped with a good nights sleep. There was a larger table that is good for eating or spreading out work & a lap top. The hotel is close to the airport,mall and many restaurants. The hotel is quiet.”

“Nikki at reception and basically, everyone there was amazing. If you asked anyone directions: they dropped what they were doing to escort you. First class. No nickel and dimming you on water / coffee and such. Expensive room, table stakes pretty high but great experience. ”
