Beautiful grounds and Anastasha who worked this front desk, took care of us on check in and checkout. We were greeted with smiles and gifts for the children. Great staff in the restaurant and room service was amazing! We loved our stay! We will be back.

We were able to get into our room sooner than expected, which was great however, the room was filthy underneath the couch and the tables there was garbage, and there was old food underneath the refrigerator in the kitchen. Also, during our day, another guest threatened my friend because we were sitting in the hot tub and their kids were crazy all over the place unsupervised because my friend helped one of them he made assumptions. For the most part, the room was comfortable. The service was good and the food was good.

If you want a quiet hotel, this is not the place for you. Very noisy due to proximity of airport, highway, and party room above the guest rooms.
Guest rooms are ok but somewhat tired and in need of an upgrade. Staff in the restaurant and coffee trailer were courteous and the food was good. Beach access was excellent and the pools were neat, tidy and well maintained.
Overall experience was ok, just didn’t get much sleep due to it being so noisy.
Just understand what you are getting into ahead of time.

Love the staff , especially Vanessa at the front desk , she was so helpful and very informative,, she is a great she shared so much knowledge of the resort and of the area I have stayed there many many times with my family and this is the first time and employee has shared so much information with me I truly appreciate all the information she shared,…this resiort is in a great location, it is definitely an older resort but it’s very clean …and the grounds are beautiful ,
