Parking is not available on property only valet for 85.00 no exceptions or parking for handicap or disabled individuals. You either pay 85.00 or you park 2 blocks away for 37.00 and need to pay every time you enter the parking garage

I have booked two rooms for two nights. Before checking in . I have called the hotel and requested connected rooms. Angela confirmed. At the time of arrival I was told that the two rooms are adjacent but not connected. I was offered to get two rooms connected for a $40 upgrade. I accepted it , however , the two new rooms , 934 and 933 , were not connected , just adjacent. Went back to the front desk, was told that I will get refunded the $49 upgrade for the two rooms. I was refunded for only one. I requested for a roller bed with the same person at the from desk , the bed was never received . Not a 4 stars hotel experience
