Beautiful exterior and lobby. Nice location (no obvious vagrants). Rooms were spacious but otherwise ok/bit tired.

We signed-up for an ocean view room. got one facing the ocean but through rusty pipes and dirty roof of another building in front of us. Room was clean, staff were nice. Just disappointed about our view. We were really looking forward to this stay, but our view was not so exciting.

Not bad, but not at a 5 star level. Room was clean but pretty old and needed updating. Staff were helpful once they were available, there wasn't really too many staff around. Overall it was very expensive, expect around $100 for parking and the same amount for breakfast. Hotel is a historical building, but it seems that they are using this not to update rooms or other areas of the hotel.
