Great location. Great rate. Safe. The exterior needs to be repainted and the interior needs to be updated. The beds are really comfortable. Sheets very clean. The rooms have refrigerator and microwave.
If you’re going to be out and about this is a great motel for you. Right by mountain lake, baker beach, presidio, Golden Gate Park. Near beautiful trails. By main bus lines. Yummy restaurants next door. Liquor store across the street.

I like this place. Lots of Bus lines to airport and downtown within a block, locL bars close by.

Expedia had this place down as a pet friendly hotel, much to my dismay they did not allow pets.
Parking was ackwardly tight and hard to navigate if you had a large vehicle, like a medium sized truck.

Nothing special, but good place for 1-2 nights if you need to stay somewhere in SF without fancy.
Room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom looked recently renovated. Small parking lot on premises.

The maid service was intermittent and went from very poor to good
The juice machine was not working do the whole 5 days we were there and no efforts to get it fixed

Clean place in a safe, nice neighborhood; walking distance to the Golden gate park, we also walked to the Golden gate itself and to the ocean. From Golden gate park, take the Big Bus to the major tourist attractions.
