Got into SFO 3:00am…tired and didn’t know if my reservation was still ok because the app….said “can’t Find! Tired and determined not to let my wife and I sleep in the car….used Google maps….got there got a very nice and clean room 2nd floor…Thanks to Valet parking my rental car was safe.here we are safe and going back home

Ive stayed at the Wharf so many times. This is my favorite hotel. Love the hotel reataurant and how it stay opeen late while sll the eestaurants at the eharf close down.

Overpriced parking and destination fee charged daily for a restaurant that was sub par restaurant. Would not stay again.

Hotel and staff were great. Very friendly and attentive to your needs. Short distance to Pier 39. Only comaint for me was the shower tub did not drain properly. Room was nice and clean, it was a short stay for us so did not get to check out the property throughly.
