“As soon as we checked in there was a massive roach on the wall, but that was the only one we saw in 5 days. They let us stay there til 4pm on check out. Nice pool. a group of tourist restaurants nearby. Real Mexican places are a bit further away. Beach is a 10 minute walk. La Comer Supermercado across the street. Great place.”

“We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. ”

“The property is beautiful- the view, the condo, the location - all just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. There are two grocery stores very close. Quiet location except for one night. There is a private club next door & there was a party that blasted music until 6 am one night. Other than that it is quite peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was perfect. Great space, a great location for a low-key decompress week. All of the amenities (if wanted) of a hotel. but none of the hotel crowds and rules (check-in, check-out, food types etc) The management team was amazingly responsive for all questions or needs. While at the same time making it feel like we were on our own in our own house. I cannot say enough positives for the team and the location. “We had a great 4 night stay at Casa Carlson. We have stayed at another property at this location and were familiar with it. Casa Carlson is a penthouse with a rooftop deck and splash pool, that was the only difference with the other property. Pablo greeted us like last time. He showed us the ropes. The property was clean and looks just like the pictures. The front door lock was the only tricky part and Pablo took care of it. We would definitely come back here.”

“The overall property and location were excellent and as advertised. However, being next to one of the main public beaches made for many loud and late nights. “This is a beautiful property in a good neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as easy walk to the grocery store and you can get anything you need there. Only problem we had was unable to exchange USD to pesos. Alot of places do not accept credit cards. You need to tip at grocery for 2 people who bag your grocerys. Bring small bills as it is difficult to get the correct change for USD.”

“Arrived at the property on a Saturday afternoon. My unit was on the 2nd floor. Found the door to the stairs locked, no code to open was given. The contact phone and email address didn’t answer. Ended up getting a hotel room in town for 2 nights. On Monday I reached the property manager office and received a code for the door to go upstairs.
