The staff were super friendly and went beyond accommodating. They do not have an elevator and put us on the 3rd floor but had staff to bring our luggage. It wouldn't work for someone that had mobility issues but we were ok.
We only stayed one night and it served our purpose as a transition to La Fortuna since they shuttled us to and from the airport-nice. The free breakfast was also very good. The restaurant looked nice but we walked a bit and found a plaza with a few excellent choices. Dinner was excellent and reasonable. Outside the few restaurants near by there is NOTHING to reach on foot.
It is great if you are passing through and very pretty.

Shuttle not reliable. Thin walls, got no rest due to traffic and people outside of the room.
