Front desk staff was great but evening kitchen chef was out of ingredients and very backed up. Food took too long to prepare

I needed blanket and the keys were not working first time, there was no housekeeping. I had to go by myself to the reception to get things. There were no plates and forks/spoons at the breakfast. No one was concerned to add more plates and spoons

Theres not really alot around it but dennys and a liquor store bit theu jabe a transit in front that takes u everywhere for $2 bucks u can beat that we went to san pedro market area with lots of food places it waa awesome

THE ONLY SMALL ISSUE WAS MISSING A FEW DAYS MAKING UP THE ROOM, WE HAD TO CALL FOR TOWELS. OTHER THAN THAT SMALL ISSUE.. ALL WAS FINE

The hotel is great. Front staff were friendly and courteous. The room was big and very clean. Only thing is with 5 people it gets pretty muggy in there and the fan didnt seem to want to stay on. We couldnt get the room to cool down. The pool was good except it was very cold not heated. The area atound the hotel was nice easy walk to the light rail. Not much for food around the area. Overall great hotel with great breakfast
