Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!!
Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it.
Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10.
Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience.

The appearance is very nice my room I was first in 1506 was dirty bed wasn’t cleaned stains on sheets hair that wasn’t mines roaches not up to my standards at this kind of suite.i have photos but it’s not allowing me to upload. I was told someone will get back with me didn’t hear from anyone also you can’t leave the property when you want the gates doesn’t work correctly

I loved our stay at this hotel, we brought our 4 month old & was concerned about it, but the welcoming friendly family vibe was unmatched.. much rather stay in this area than busy san juan.. the only downside is the housekeepers do not clean everyday.. they just bring towels & water.
