Andres & Christian are very professional and deliver great service at the pool bar. Miguel on the beach was also great. I’m happy to see the renovations and the new things that make this hotel even better.

The property was undergoing some renovations but they didn’t interfere with our trip. All the staff were nice and very helpful. We had a great experience.

what I didn't like was the fact that you needed to take the elevator to the pool area. the winding stairs which leads you to the out door pool or back in side the hotel was closed due to the rain. I have claustrophobia. In case of an emergency stair well should always be available.
