“Can't beat the view! Watching the sunset from the deck was as good as it gets. Ryan is a great host and made us feel right at home. Bourbon and Cider are such good boys and made us feel like family!”

“Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot.……

“Was a great home base for my friends and I while we spent time in our old college town. The jacuzzi on the back deck was a wonderful nighttime hang. The house felt like staying at a family members home. Had everything we needed. Leslie also left us some welcome treats of local goodies.”

Super cute, well furnished, comfortable and the Sextant winery and tasting room is right next door which is also amazing with awesome customer service, wine and panini sandwiches.”

“This is a lovely spot with breathtaking views. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the fire places are easy to use and cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to stay in, cook, relax play board games. It’s about 30 minutes over a country road to SLO. Take the back road for a spectacular drive through old oaks, Spanish moss and winding streams. The skyline changes from minute to minute making the view an ever changing painting of dramatic colors.”

“I was on vacation and I chose to set my alarm so I could watch the sunrise from the property. Each morning. I simply walked out the double slider doors to a fenced in backyard and you are there. If u want u can turn on the firepit and enjoy the seating area. One morning the cows came to visit. Feet from me. Gorgeous animals. The peacefulness and beauty of the location was why we selected this location. Everything was close to the downtown area of SLO. Such an easy drive to Cal Poly or any DT……

“We had a fabulous time, and the property and surrounds are even more beautiful than the photos. Loved having adorable farm animals right outside our door and taking walks around the farm and surrounding vineyards. Everyone was warm and welcoming. We can’t wait to return!”

“Tiny home living at its finest. Washer/dryer, induction stove, full sized fridge, shower. Everything worked great AND you get to climb a ladder to sleep in a cozy loft with views of the stars and eucalyptus trees.”

“The house was super fresh and clean. It accommodated 4 couples perfectly. The location was an easy walk to town and trails. And just a quick ride to the beach and Paso Robles. Tricia communicated information very well and answered our questions quickly. A wonderful weekend! Thank you, Tricia!”

“We checked in about 90 mins early (for a $25 early check in fee) which was nice that we could do that. However, on checking the cleanliness of the room, there was a bit to be desired. There was wilted lettuce in the drawer of the dresser as well as obvious dirt and dust. The sink had a lot of crusty stuff around the upper drain hole. And the back of the toilet was missing one of the covers for the seat where it attaches to the toilet. That connection was very obviously dirty. The details make……

Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the supplies were high quality (TP, tissues, shampoo, etc.). The back yard was perfect for our dog. Stacy was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it if it fits your needs!”

“Nice condo with gas fireplace, makes it cozy. Garage parking is very nice. The stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor could use a bannister. Comfy beds.”

“This is great place to stay when you’re overnighting in San Luis Obispo… The owners are great hosts and welcome guests to their super-clean well-maintained property. The large rooms, swimming pool and jetted hot tub are big pluses— especially if you’ve been on the highway for hours. Easy to find also— it’s a block or two from the historic Madonna Inn.”
