I didn't have a vehicle with me during this trip, so it was important that I could walk or bike everywhere (bikes were provided as part of the rental). It really was within walking distance of a grocery store, numerous restaurants, and several activities. The host was easy to communicate with and……

“Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. “The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.”

“Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. Communication with host was great the night before our arrival since we asked to check in early but not the best the……
