The hotel was everything we wanted for a lovely few days in San Sebastián. Perfect position in the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definite recommend.

They did not have a room for us. Transfer us to another hotel outside the old city center hotel made arrangements and moved us to another hotel. Very inconvenient specially since reservation was made months and months in advance. If this is not published is because Expedia does not want deal with legit customer complaints
