I would highly recommend the motorhome option on the Hebrides — but only —if people are comfortable driving a large vehicle on some very tiny Scottish roads. The motorhome was great and drove very nicely, and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The only weak link will be the drive for him or herself. Beds are very comfortable, and this location is incredibly quiet, so you are guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. The wildlife on Lewis is amazing - this year we actually watched Black-throated Divers courting on the loch whilst sat at the dining table, and then 3 Cuckoos in a chase around the trees in the front garden, plus……
