“Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking.”

She made sand castles on the beach and lived in the pool. Marco kept the grounds very clean and the pool. The owner was so easy to communicate with and always responded to ALL my questions promptly. “For some of us, this was our second time staying at the villa. We loved it some much we brought a bigger group on this trip. In a group of ten we all felt comfortable, with many nooks along the property, there’s plenty of space for alone time and group activities. Most used were the beautiful infinity pool and patio area. Ginger, Sheldon and Felecia made sure we had everything we needed and treated us with so much care during our stay. Each meal was fantastic and topic of conversation, thank you……

“We stayed here with 4 other couples. Our expectations were met the moment we stepped off the shuttle onto the property. The staff were there to greet us with cool wash clothes which were most welcomed to refresh after our travels. We immediately gravitated to the beach for the amazing sunset, did a rum punch toast and kicked off paradise! What made this stay extra special was the staff. On the description it says outside hot tub ( we found out it was longggg broken ) and Gym because it they told us they needed to fix pieces in there which they did but we could not use it our first 2 days of 3. The beds are very comfortable, the chef did a great job and overall it was good”

“The Villa is perfect for a group, we loved the private pool. We were able to book different things easily, the communication was fast and they provided the things we requested such as a bbq and transfers. The only things we didn’t like was the noise outside from construction to the main house and the kitchen did not have a coffee maker that was functional. Overall I definitely recommend this place.”

As well, a hidden gem I found was the Half Moon Bay Beach which was a private, quiet and very welcoming place. The five dollar (US) charge was well worth it.……

“The property was accurately described and looked like the pictures. Mel was an excellent host, very accommodating and patient. We used Mel’s transportation service almost every day, he provided suggestions as we asked and was able to get us a discount rate for a day pass at one of the resorts. Definitely check with him before you book excursions/activities as he can likely get cheaper. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book Mel’s place again.”

“I enjoyed my stay at this appartment. The room was very clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony is breath taking. Shower had great flow and the wifi worked perfect. I only use the A/C twice durning my 7 day stay as the room stayed cool. The best part is the location to everything. Starbucks is just accross the street and resturants and grocery are just few min walk. I would definitley book another stay.”
