We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence.
Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking.
Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us again. Again, I showed the receipt of payment.
Very unorganised. Had to reuse towels in the room. Food was average at best.
Rooms were immaculate.
Hotel is clean and well maintained.
Stayed in the separate block facing the road. Dogs barked most of the night so was hard to get to sleep.

Propreté, confort , accueil bien que nos papiers ont été gardés afin d'accélérer notre enregistrement et personne nous a rappelé de les récupérer ( nous non plus) donc gros souci à l'aéroport...
Nourriture moyenne.
