“This property was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, although the lighting over the sink wasn't great. The breakfast bar offered many choices and it was well stocked. Everything just looked very clean and well maintained. We stayed in room 325, and I meant to mention to the front desk that the dead bolt would not slide into place when we tried to lock the door. We liked the big bath towels and the mattresses and bedding were……

“The property was up on a hill so it was an interesting view of the surrounding area. Nothing jumped out at you. But it was an overall nice experience ”

“The hotel was very clean. I appreciate lights and plugs, including usb, on both sides of the bed. The pullout couch had enough room to be opened, and still be able to walk around it comfortably”

“Four of us were down to fish a tournament on Patoka Lake. Shannon was great on the lead up communication and Collin got us and our boats situated. Could not have asked for a better location and hosts (including the guard dog)! Will definitely be staying there again next year.”

“Pros: beautiful/private wooded area, very friendly locals, great winery within walking distance, lots of hiking trails to pick from, cabin has massive potential to be A stay Cons: front door has a hole in it, back door doesn’t lock, hot tub has broken jets and doesn’t really get hotter than bathtub, needs a a new cleaning crew. Coming into the cabin with beads, chips, dead bugs on floor was not ideal”

“Beautiful home, beautiful view of the Ohio River. (Especially at dawn) There were 18 of us. We grilled, played games, flew kites. Everyone had a wonderful family weekend together!”

“Very nice cabin with well-equipped kitchen. A few other cabins in the vicinity and a convenience store nearby. Other than that, nature. We enjoyed hiking, the hot tub, and the whirlpool bath. There is no WiFi but a collection of DVDs and even VHS, but we didn’t get around to watching any. Lots of games as well.”

“We had a short stay for a family get-together in Perry County. We were just two adults, but were happy to each have our own room. The apartment was welcoming and very clean. When communicating with Michelle she responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable, and is convenient to the many cute shops and restaurants in downtown Tell City as well as walking distance to the river walk park area. Perfect! Thank you.”

“We unfortunately had to book this stay for a family funeral. This place is amazing and I will absolutely book again. It was large & spacious. The bakery across the street is amazing! We loved all the food options within walking distance. I read some reviews about street noise. I'm a light sleeper so I put a white noise app on my phone and had no problems. Plenty of clean towels and sheets!”
