“Staff is amazing”

“各方面都好，尤其喜欢他的温泉！唯一不理想的是餐厅的饭做的不太好次，第一个晚上点了鱼和扇贝还可以，第二个晚上点了肋眼牛肉和扇贝，牛肉就是一块肉，但是肉还是很好吃的，只是没有一点菜，配的土豆泥里面全是奶酪，像牛皮糖一样拉不起来，扇贝味道还好但是牙碜，有沙子。第三晚逃去温泉那边吃自助，40刀一位，凑合。总之比我后来去的酒店饭差。但温泉绝对值得来！”

“酒店环境超好，唯一不足的是所属酒店的出租车太贵，比较别的酒店的司机来接的都贵。去镇上要12刀，我叫baild的酒店来接都只要10刀”

“Pool cleanliness, sizes and options cannot be beat! The 24-hour pool is rotated, and pools cleaned and refilled daily. There are plenty of different temperatures as well as a natural cave sauna with mini hot waterfalls. Our room had a balcony with chairs where we could enjoy coffee in the morning and spot hummingbirds feeding. The room is stocked with everything from water, nuts, chips to a 5th of some liquors. The shower could have been a little better but was the only hotel of three we stayed……

“My stay was so relaxing. The staff were friendly. Convenience store in walking distance and love entertainment in the restaurant in the evening. Enjoyed my visit. ”

“I’ll start with the normal things that you look for in a place to stay. The rooms were clean and new, the location was perfectly situated near restaurants and excursions, the pools and food were both great and the view of the volcano can’t be beat. The thing that saved our vacation was how quickly the staff was to help without question. A few hours before checkout, our 1 year old dropped her only paci we brought down the elevator. We tried to carry on with our day, but her screams spoke to……

“The hotel is nice just a little bit old. It has great view and service are good. We took hummingbird trails there and enjoyed a lot. ”

“The property was wonderful. The front desk gave everyone a welcome drink and tote bags on arrival but we didn’t get those. The animal area and garden were very impressive. The food was excellent. I would love to come back.”

“Me and my partner travelled from London England. Beautiful accommodation with stunning grounds. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very attentive to detail. They gave us extra pilllows, an abundance of towels and even gave us a fully stocked mini bar that was free for our use. Loved my time there and will definitely be recommending to others. ”

“I loved the views this property gave! The room was basic but clean. But the VIEWS were everything! I loved the fact that they had a hiking trail on property, it was a good distance trail that gave a decent workout. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the drinks were good. The pool is well kept but there wasn't a pool bar like it advertised. Definitely would need a car to get anywhere since it's located about 30 minutes from most activities. I would stay again just for the views and peaceful……

“非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。”

“The room was spacious. Great bathroom. Refrigerator. And we loved the grounds, hot tubs, pool, pavilion for dining and seeing the animals, birds, frogs. Everyone was so friendly. ”

“Staying here was wonderful. The staff was accommodating to our delayed flight. Breakfast was great. The hot springs were great. We will be back!”

“Very good hotel for the price. The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel is nice and safe and has great views of the volcano. The breakfast options are good and large to set you up for the day. Would definitely recommend for people wanting to stay in La Fortuna. Was definitely nice to have so many restaurants on the doorstep. ”

“This was a great base to explore the Arenal area, close to the hot springs and waterfall, and several great dining options nearby. The units are basic but clean and well kept.”

“This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. ”
