“The room is awesome and breakfast was good. The only thing that I can say bad is housekeeping did not clean my room.”

“We liked the short walk to the beach, the fast response of elevators, not too crowded, clean rooms, friendly staff. Only negative comment I have is WIFI constantly dropped service and devices wouldn’t have internet. ”

“The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during……

“Good space and layout, but everything was just a bit run down - with a little TLC the property could be brilliant. Half of the blinds were broken, the bed was extremely creaky, and the wardrobe doors wouldn't shut - all things that wouldn't take much to fix. However, my biggest issue was that the Internet kept dropping out every day - which was annoying when I was either working or trying to stream a film in the evening. Also be warned, this property is on the 3rd floor up some rickety outdoor……

“We had a great stay, although you couldn’t much see the ocean but if you stood a certain way… we still enjoyed our balcony. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly. The condo was very clean. We would definitely book here again. Only thing is we wish there was an elevator.”

“I took my daughter to Destin for spring break. The condo was exactly as advertised; nicely updated and very clean. Sandpiper Cove is a nice complex. We played the par 3 golf course 4 times during our stay and swam in the pool just outside of the unit. The unit is in the back of the complex, so the walk to the beach was about a 5-10 minute walk. We did that once, then found it easier to drive and park in the provided lot since we had chairs and umbrellas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would……

“Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. ”

“Nice little studio for a really good price. Walls are kinda thin, so if the neighbors are noisy you really hear it. Location is almost an industrial type area which I was a little concerned about on first arrival, but did not have any issues or see/hear anything worrying during my 4 nights. ”
