“Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! A la Mi Mai c'est parfait, il n'y a pas trop de monde et la piscine (et la mer!) est assez bonne pour se baigner L'appartement est parfait, tres propre, les lits sont confortables, et la vue est absolument magnifique ! Attention , l'eau courante n'est pas potable Cala d'or est le meilleur coin de l'île et de loin, les criques sont splendides et le quartier animé est a 5min a pied de l'appartement Je recommande a 1000% !”

“Great location, giving diff options for evenings out, short walk to the marina, then onto Cala d’or centre or over to Cala egos. Beach mile away. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well equipped apartment. Great door locks so no stressing about keys. Pleasant communication with property manager. Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful apartment.”

“The property is a bit shabby, This could be easily rectified with a tidy up and a lick of white paint. There were a number of faults, coffee pot not working, tv not working, oven not working and no shower curtain. But once reported all (but the cooker) were repaired and replaced within 20 mins. There is no useful information in the accomodation that would have helped us to find our way around, however the position of it is fantastic. Over looking the sea. The terrace is great and as the weather……

“Nice apartment. Enough space and great view on the mediterranean from the spacious balcony. Keep in mind that it’s located on a resort. For us was the music all day at the pool disturbing. Nevertheless…it was a nice stay.”

“My friend and I stayed in the top apartment 3a. Cozy apartment for 2 people only. Start with the positives. Fab complex, well looked after and maintained. Pools lovely. Supermarket 5 mins walk as are the lovely bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk to the gorgeous marina with lovely bars & restaurants. Cala 'dor center another 8 mins walk once walked round the other side. So the one bed apartment is small. Lovely terrace. The roof terrace is unusable in the heat as no shade. No sunbeds round the……

“Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Vom Bett aus auf das Meer zu sehen, ein Traum. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung in Ordnung , es ist allerdings sehr hellhörig.”

“The 50m pool is brilliant and never seemed to get too busy. The accommodation is spacious and perfectly situated. It on a gated complex, (which is great from a security perspective) and really well maintained. It had everything we needed (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine) and also some extra's which we didn't expect beach towels, parasol, Sky TV etc. There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the marina with more bars and restaurants is……

“the apartment is pretty and cute located. The smell when we opend the door was moldy and wet. Also the bedshets and towels were a little wet and smeld moldy. We told the owners but didnt get an answere.”

“The apartment itself met our expectations. Bedrooms small but ok for a week. On check-in we were hot and thirsty. We would have appreciated a bottle of water to have been waiting in the fridge ! Nothing to make a drink,which was frustrating. Anyway....the pictures made it appear the apartment was overlooking the pool,in fact it was a short walk away from our block. Also,su beds but no parasols which for a fairskinned woman like me was a little off putti g. Wasnt going to pay out for one just……

“Very nice spacious apartment in a great location. Lots of lovely restaurants, little supermarket and bars all on your doorstep. The apartment is well equipped. I think it could do we slightly deeper clean upon guests arrival. Lovely big terrace and great aircon in all the room. Kitchen needs updating sometime soon. Definitely would stay again.”

“The unit is decent and as described. Great location on Mallorca and close to everything. The resort setting was nice and a very close walk to town and restaurants/shopping. I would definitely stay in this area again but would NOT rent from this owner. We had problems getting into the unit at the scheduled time because the previous guests locked the keys in the unit vs. the lock box. The owner would not answer his phone, respond to email, or respond to the Whatsapp message that we got……

“Der Urlaub war prima. Die Anlage mit kleinem Restaurant und großem Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung (insbes. Gläser, kleine Löffel, etc.) war für 4 Personen zu knapp.”

“Veldig bra hotell ned hyggelige ansatte og flotte fasiliteter. Rommet kunne trengt oppussing, men ellers er det ikke noe å klage på. Kort spasertur til flott strand.”

“Bra hotell med bra service! Vi trivdes bra. Dock upplevde vi att det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Tydligen satte de på ”kylan” i rummet ett visst datum och inte innan det då vi behövde det. Det fanns många aktiviteter och pooler att använda/utnyttja och det var nära till stranden. ”
