“Appartement confortable et très bien situé, il est proche de la zone coloniale. Il y a 3 piscine, mais pas entretenues à la période où j'y étais, cependant la terrasse est très agréable jouissant d'1 très jolie vue sur la marina. Personnels de la résidence bienveillants et sympathique. j'y retournerai.”

“Location is near restaurant, market, pharmacy & subway…. Good for sleeping and going into town. The bus to Puta Cana and other cities is located near by making it the perfect transitional spot.”

“Lets start with the location. Slums! Furniture is outdated. Pool needs some service & upgrading. No ac thru out the house only in the bedrooms (thank goodness), the hot water last for 2 minutes if that long. And whats with the camera inside the house? Lets just say overall, I will check the next house before I book. So very disappointed.”

“Great place to stay. It was convenient. We enjoyed the delivery service to order food. The individual at the lobby were helpful. The host responded to all my questions on time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“The house is beautiful and looks like the photos. Only cons include the check out/in process. There doesn’t seem to be anything in place, and the host does not respond quickly. But she accommodated us and met our needs. The house needs some patio/pool furniture to hang by the pool. Other than that it was a good experience. Would rent again.”

“This place wasn’t bad at all it was a little smaller than I thought. I stayed 15 days I was ready to leave after 4days. This place has only one small pot and one skillet so I was unable to cook for myself. Not enough of anything at this apartment. The water leaks in the jacuzzi. The bathroom stayed wet. The Traffic here is unbearable and the people here can not drive, this place makes California, New York and ATL look great to drive in. This was the worst vacation I ever had. The apartment……

“The host made everything so easy. All communication was perfect and so helpful especially as it was our first time in the Country. We loved the location of the VRBO in Zona Colonial. From the café steps away, to the other numerous recommendations the host made our stay so very enjoyable. My wife and I look forward to returning in the future.”

“There was no hot water option in the shower or sink house cleaning was extra and towels were not regularly available had to ask for new ones and they didn’t want to give me more then one at a time ”
