Was locked out of the room for 30 minutes because of a faulty battery in the card reader. People at the front desk were rude when inquiring and gave me fake eta for fixing the issue. WhenI asked again about a realistic time line I got treated with condescending rude attitude.

The on property dining was excellent with acknowledgement to Polly the Chef. The Hotel services desk via Jennifer the manager went above and beyondto make our stay pleasant.

Our room AC was broken. It wouldn’t turn down past 79 degrees. We had let the front desk know… they never sent anyone to fix it. We called again and they sent someone to bring a fan but AGAIN, the AC NEVER went below 79 degrees. It was miserable. We talked to the manager the following day.. where they informed us they couldn’t give us a discount because we booked through Expedia. That they had no solutions for us. I won’t be staying here again. Waste of $200

The welcoming staff, along with a complimentary beverage. The valet parking and the bell hops who are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast available is fantastic and you won't leave hungry. Being able to walk right out to the area along the riverfront was most definitely a plus.
