“This house is really cute. Decorated really well and for its size doesnt feel small at all. The bedrooms are decent size and the beds and bedding is super comfortable. We had a lot of fun staying there for the weekend.”

“My stay hosted by Samantha was just perfect for what I was looking for a short weekend getaway with my dogs. The place is welcoming and warming as soon as you step in. Very cozy place perfect for family gathering. House was a perfect heaven for dogs to run around in the backyard lakefront. The views were absolutely stunning! The house is located literally right in front of the lake and the sunset is something that I cannot forget. It was so beautiful! Since it was HOA community, we had to show……

“Booked this property for a long weekend with family. Everything was just as description and photos showed. Weather wasn’t the greatest but the boats the firewood and fire pit the hot tub and fireplace made up for it. We wanted a place to just get away and relax and this place really came through. Thanks Ivy and your team. Oh make sure you like deer because there all around. One little buck would come up on the deck and bang on the door. Not kidding.”

“Property was easy to find, well stocked, updated and clean. Aside from the microwave not working, we had a great experience. There were 4 adult friends from college and the property had everything we needed. There were things to do closeby (hiking, outlets etc), but also a great option to just stay there. We will definitely look at returning for another reunion.”

“In many ways the property and location are picturesque. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Positives: Lovely home, great location, nice amenities (grill, deck, appliances) Minor Opportunities: AC (well communicated before), no permit access to Lake Naomi amenities (well communicated before), and a first floor rug that shed like the dickens (tough if you have kiddos running around).”

“When we got there the fridge and microwave needed to be cleaned still and we ran out of towels on day 2 other then that the place was nice and in the perfect spot for what we were doing.”

“Lola and Mary at check in were excellent...we stayed in the renovated area at the Tree Tops villa...excellent renovation...modern look and new appliances in the kitchen area..wonderful stay highly recommended.”

“My family and I had an amazing trip. The condo was updated and clean. Perfect amount of space for a family of 5 and so close to the mountain. A quick drive to restaurants as well, you can’t beat this location! They provided all of the amenities we needed for the week as well. We will definitely be planning another stay!!”
