“Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. The property was getting a new roof, and this was a complete……

“My daughter’s sorority hosted a Mother’s weekend and I came out. This location was so great. It isn’t within walking distance, but fortunately I had access to a car. The property manager is very communicative. The space is so cute! The set up is so functional and cute. The bed is very comfortable (I usually do not sleep well while traveling) and I slept great. I will definitely look to book this again!”

“We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. ”

“We didn't see from the pictures how small the room was - no place to hang anything, 2 kitchen style chairs to sit on, and only one bench to put luggage on. Very cramped feeling. Outdoor space was helpful as a place to eat or relax. Pool was clean and a nice area to go to. It was stated that they provide coffee, but it proved to be a Nespresso machine which didn't work very well and not many coffee pods. They initially stated that they would bring more pods by but then a day later stated that all……

“The stay was exactly what I was looking for. The description online & pictures were very accurate, making for a great trip to Scottsdale. The location was great, very easy to walk anywhere I wanted to go in Scottsdale. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip down there.”

“The property met our needs for two couples quite well. It's in a great location for traveling around the area, as you get to major roads and the freeway quickly. The parking is covered, although it's a bit of a distance to the unit, which is up 3 flights of stairs - not great for hauling luggage. The grounds are well kept and the pool/hot tub area is handy - although the pool isn't heated. The unit itself is fine - the carpet's a bit tired and could be replaced. Other than that - it was good and……

“The owner took great care to address a couple of early concerns that were specific to our needs. The suite is comfortable, and clean and was nicer than our suite at the Hilton in Sedona! ”

“This property is an extremely good value for the dollar. Not super-fancy, but super cost effective. The only (small) concern I had was the lack of parking outside, but it really isn't that big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others doing the same.”
