“The staff person was quick in responding my booking. Unfortunately the surrounding areas were obstructed by heavy snow causing dangerous conditions to walk to my room or the guest services. Also a light outside was on causing difficulty to sleep. Those issues could be easily solved if anyone pays attention to them. Good thing about the room is heating and hot water. That’s is a 10 out of 10. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep and that also could be fixed. ”

“Went to the poconos for a firework demo event. I knew i wouldnt be in the room much so i looked for a good price and good location to what i was doing. This room fit exactly what i needed. It was basic but clean with a much better price than other places in the area. If your looking for a place to sleep and get a shower this is a good place. Management was freindly and room was quiet. ”

“I really love this hotel. I am an Expedia Platinum member, and stay in the most expensive hotels in the world. It was truly a joy to stay in this $50 motor inn on the edge of the Poconos. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this cute little place. I found the room to be cozy. And the owners to be extremely nice. If you need a place to crash for the night. I recommend.”

“If you just want a bed for the night at a reduced rate, it works. The walls are thin and the bathroom is tight. You get what you pay for.”

“I arrived at night with my partner, I arrived at 12 at night and I had to leave at 2 AM in the morning, the bed smelled bad and to top it all off I found 2 condoms on the floor, it seems like there was someone there and they didn't clean it well, everyone was dirty.”

“I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel.”

“Well, there was no stay because when I arrived, there was absolutely no cars in the parking lot so I went to the office and the door was locked and there was a big sign on the door that said, condemned, not fit for human occupancy”

“Although not a fancy 5 star hotel, the Fern Ridge was a very pleasant surprise! We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel. Jackie introduced herself as the housekeeper and was very kind to note she would accommodate anything we needed, their restaurant served reasonably priced meals, and located only moments from the Pocono Speedway.
