“The home exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, very very clean, great beds and linens, roomier than expected. The only issue was not with the house, but with the management company. They gave the wrong code to enter and we had to wait for the on site manager to give us the code. The next day they gave the wrong for bike locks and we once again had to wait for the manager to come to fix the issue. Having updated and correct information provided should be high on Vacasa’s priority……

“Cottage is very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and in natural surroundings. Be prepared for spotty reception (screenshot access code) but WiFi is excellent in home, so is the TV/music system. Over all, excellent value and great accommodations in a beautiful spot. Only needed it for the weekend, but would book as a destination for some peace and quiet.”

“The house is small but it has everything you need. The ocean was lovely to watch and good scavenging for rocks and sea glass. Very private place. My pup and I had a good time!”

“The cottage was perfect for our stay and exactly as listed. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located to the many restaurants on Main Street. It’s only about a 50 minute drive to the wineries on the North Fork. Check in was easy and smooth and great communication from the owner. The cottage is located in a beautiful backyard that we were also able to enjoy. Would definitely rent again for a future trip.”

“We reserved this day in May and continue to communicate with the owner through early july. On the morning of our stay I contacted him to ask about checking information and he sent me the key code and wished us a great day. 1 hour prior to check in we inexplicably received cancellation of our stay. The owner made bizarre statements about the rbo being monsters and terrible people and saying he would never do business with them. “Overall good experience. There was some construction in progress that was not ideal, but nice to see investment harpooning as well. Would be good to have a guest instruction sheet. But overall a nice place in a great location.”

“This was a perfect, 5 star experience. The owner: Anna was super communicative and responsive. We felt completely taken care of. Check in and check out were a breeze. And the literature in the home had everything we needed. The home: lovely, super clean, well appointed with everything we needed. Our little kids loved playing on the big back porch (we ate all our meals out there too). We loved the propane fire pit, the big leather couch, the games, and the fancy shower. We cooked all our meals……

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”

“4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.”

“This is a huge house and brand new kitchen and living room and spacious bathrooms and guest rooms. We love and enjoyed it, our kids and parents were very excited to come and spend time together, we appreciate the opportunity to stay together! BTW, it was nice price to compare others!”
