Swimming in the lake, sunbathing on the dock, canoeing, kayaking and paddleboating. A great time was had by all and cherished memories were made. What a beautiful property! Just what we needed.”

The house is very nice and the owner has thought of everything....well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, extra blankets, and tons of games in the downstairs rec room. Plenty to do outside too if you like to paddleboard or kayak, Or just enjoy the fantastic views from the upper deck! Highly recommend.”

“I have had a tough year with my apartment catching fire after it was struck by lightning and chemo, however I can finally say I am in full remission and needed a perfect little holiday escape to celebrate with my husband and children! This was an awesome stay! While stores may not be 5 minutes down the road (except for dollar general it’s everywhere!) most stores such as Walmart or Ingles are about 30-40 minutes away which is not bad at all bc the scenery there is amazing! “We had a great stay at the Lookout Cabin. It was my father’s 80’s birthday and we had 16 adults. The master suite on the first floor was perfect for him, since he had difficulty with stairs. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub, fire gas fire pit on porch and the great view on the expansive porches. No real issues with the property. Was relatively remote, but we hung out at the house most of the time. Close to Gorge’s State Park, great hiking/beautiful waterfalls. Improvements……

“The location of this property is beautiful. Nestled on a wooded lot. Very private and beautiful. There is so much potential in this property. The only downsides were certain areas could have used a little TLC. The upstairs deck was not to code and it was missing a picket in the rail system that someone could have easily fallen through. The check in/check out process was straightforward and painless and we really appreciated that literally everything had a label (the light switches, the cabinets in the kitchen, etc).
