"I was very impressed with this hotel. It was one of the least expensive in the area but it had free breakfast and a pool so we gave it a try. The hotel smells clean and pleasant when you walk in. A faint scent of chlorine and “pool” when you walk towards the end of the hall, but not bad at all. Check in and check out were quick. I had 2 kids with me and they loved the pool. The water was warm and there were lounge chairs and tables to use as well as plenty of towels! The hotel was not very crowded so we stayed in the pool for a long time and enjoyed it. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable too. The breakfast was really good. Cheese omelets, red skin potatoes, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, bread, cereal, oatmeal with many topping options, 2 types of waffles to make, hard boiled eggs. There were 4 types of juice as well as ice water, milk coffee and tea. So many delicious choices! We really enjoyed the breakfast and it was replenished often and very clean. The staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. My only slight complaint was that the coffee there was terrible. The light roast was very strong and bitter. Luckily there is a Tim Hortons just up the street! The other concern was the temperature in the room. It was quite chilly but I believe it was due to the boys “turning down” the air and not a true room issue. Either way it was manageable and we really enjoyed our time there. "

"We were very happily impressed with our room. Everything we needed was already in place. We recently stayed at another hotel for our niece’s wedding and got a group rate for our room. The rooms were less than half the size, not as nice and cost twice as much! That’s with the discount! We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to staying with you again. Thank you "

"Great house for our group. Convenient location close to Rochester and the colleges we were visiting to spectate our son’s college team. House was very clean and in good order. Enjoyed our visit!"

"The entire building as well as the individual apartment reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The house next door is boarded up and the neighborhood is not great. The entrance to the building and the apartment had a very flimsy electronic lock with no deadbolt, which given the neighborhood is not ideal. I tried to resolve with both the host and vrbo and was given no recourse. We didn’t stay on the property because it smelled so bad and we were forced to shell out for a hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!"

"We came to visit our Tiger who is a RIT student and enjoyed our stay. Nelissa was very prompt with communication and very helpful when we had questions. The hot tub was an added bonus, we will be back!"

"The neighborhood was quiet. Access easy. Parking good. The house smelled of bleach when we first entered, but all the windows were open so it cleared fairly quickly. Both 1-1/2 bathrooms worked well. Decent shower. TV and Internet worked well. Two bedrooms upstairs were adequate although noisy window air conditioners. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the duvet was hot and very heavy, The pullout couch in the living room had no bedding. There were no hooks etc. in the bathrooms to hang towels. There were ants in the kitchen on the countertops. The kitchen was sparsely provisioned with old materials and appliances. I think the price was high compared to what was provided. I would not book this house again."
