“Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue……

“We loved staying at Samala! The villas were spacious and well thought out. The included breakfast was very generous and tasty. The staff were helpful and there was good cleaning service. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed Gili Meno so much. Our only complaint is the water situation. While we were there there was no fresh water from the taps. They informed us that it was an island wide problem at the beginning of our stay so we were informed and okay with it. However, this also……

“Séjour exceptionnel. Sur 7 hôtels fait pendant notre sejour, ce fut le meilleur. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exceptionnel et le restaurant est excellent. Le cadre est splendide, face à la mer, devant un spot de snorkeling. La chambre est tres spacieuse, propre et dispose d'un distributeur d'eau gratuit. Si je reviens aux iles Gili, je reviendrai ici c'est certain.”

Beau petit bungalow, propre et de bonne dimension. L'air conditionné a été un grand atout en mars ainsi que le filet à moustique. Un séjour impeccable à petit prix.”

“Petit hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine mais très sympathique. Ella est tres accueillante, serviable, elle nous a accompagné jusqu'à l'embarquement pour le snorkeling. Hôtel en retrait de l'animation de l'île, à 10min à pied. Les abords de l'hôtel peuvent faire peur. Manque une piscine.”
