“Every view from the house was incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the swing overlooking the valley and taking time to relax as a family. The house was comfortable with air conditioning and places to cook and hang out. Sitting under the stars in the hot tub was a great way to end the day in the park.”

“We stayed for 2 nights at the Ash Mountain Suite. It is right off the main road that goes into Sequoia National Park from Three Rivers. Very clean and nicely kept. Host was very easy to reach for questions. The view from the room was gorgeous! There were birds at the bird feeders! Awesome place to relax after a long day of hiking in the park.”

The room was very comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. It is definitely our home away from home. We are so glad that we found this place for our visit to the national parks. “The house is perfect, clean and with everything you need if you want to spend some days surrounded by nature. It has beautiful views and a private beach to the river just below the house, super relaxing! It is super refreshing to swim and play with the kids too! Lots of things to do!! Billar, barbecue, arcades, ping pong and restaurants a couple of minutes away :D The sequoia national park entrance is only half a mile away too! The owners are really nice and attentive people. “We were 7 people staying at this house for a night. We thought the common area queen bed was set up, until later we realized that we had to set up the blowup mattresses ourselves. But it was too late that we found out and realized the blow-up mattresses were in one of the closets the next morning via the reply from the host. It would be nice if this was informed before we arrived. Eventually, the host sent a very informative and detailed message regarding the check-in just not the blowup……

“Property has an amazing view! It is also easy to “check-in,” very clean and well-maintained. Two important things to note. First, despite what the listing states, there is no AC. There is some sort of system that cools the air a bit, but does nothing about humidity. We stayed during a heat dome event and it was uncomfortable. The second item to note is that this is a remote location high up in elevation. The road up is constant switchbacks and my wife got car sick (I cannot think of another time……

“From reading the reviews and then engaging with the hosts, you know this is going to be great before even getting there. The Cowboy Hideaway is a special spot on a ranch rich with familial history and beautiful, strong horses along with some sheep, dogs and Scottish ground squirrels. The unit is perfect. The right amount of space, amenities and thematic decor that makes you, welp, own your inner cowboy. And for those who are older or disabled, there are no steps to navigate, which is a rare find……

“We absolutely loved it there. it has wonderful view during sunrise from the hills and cute backyard for my pup to run and play. Property is maintained well even though its a Mobile home. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. calm and peaceful. Be mindful of neighbours though, there was one guy who was not happy with us walking around as he thought we were intentionally there to disturb his dogs and horses.”
