Love the layout of the home and it has everything to make you feel right at home, beds are very comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped, vary spacious home. Loved the fenced yard and special touches for our puppy that stays with us too. When we had a water issue (nothing to do with the home - a neighborhood issue), Patti was easy to contact and was quick to find a resolution for us. We will definitely stay again when we are in town.”

“So it’s a “in the back of the main house” cottage. Owners living several hundred feet away. A plus for me was the interaction with the owners goats, for me it’s a selling point, but for some that might be unwanted. The way the furniture is stuck in there is not comfort or tv friendly. The tv needs put over around the wasted space under the stairs and the sitting corner made more natural. It’s a small living space that needs optimized for comfort like someone is living there. “This was a very pleasant property. It worked out well with our small dog, too. It was on Graham Avenue so had a fair amount of road traffic at times, but it was not bothersome. Had a glitch in the check-in process in that the info sent to us by VRBO was not up to date. Although not listed as an amenity, it did have internet access via wifi.”

“Cabin is even better than described. Much care was put into details. Beds comfortable, wildlife was a joy to see right from the large front porch. Cows greeted us when leaving. Saw armadillo, beautiful Indigo Bunting, harmless snake eating a frog down by the creek. Not bothered by mosquitos. We fished the pond, catch and release, caught about 40 bass in one afternoon and evening. The coffee maker does grounds and K Cups. Lightning Bugs abundant every night.
