Leave your responsibilities, work, and worries behind and experience one of the most relaxing and picturesque mountain cabin escapes in the Smokies. Situated on Hatcher Mountain approximately 350 ft above the Wears Valley floor, the view from A Sight To See is truly stunning. Enjoy your morning coffee with a 180⁰ unobstructed view of Wears Valley & Cove Mountain from either of our two large wraparound decks. Spend the day hiking, biking, tubing, fishing, horseback riding, or zip-lining at nearby venues. Eat dinner and take in a show at nearby Pigeon Forge. Finish the evening watching the sun set over the western horizon with a cocktail in hand relaxing in the hot tub. Located just 10-15 minutes away from both the Smokey Mountain National Park and the epicenter of Pigeon Forge, A Sight To See is ideally situated for those who are seeking the serenity of the mountains AND easy access to all of the adventure, culinary, historical, and theatrical attractions Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Come stay with us and experience for yourself why it’s called A Sight To See!

NOT PART OF A RESORT: 'A Sight To See' sits on over 1.5 acres of mountainside property with only one other cabin in proximity to us at approximately 40 yards to our west. No other cabins on Hatcher Mountain are visible from our deck in the summer and Fall. Note that the other cabin to our west is called Cherie's Chalet, sleeps 8, and can be rented through VRBO #428364 for larger parties wishing to stay close together.

Fantastic place!
Amazing cabin! The owners made us feel at home with everything we needed and more. Location is perfect to get away from the traffic of Pigeon Forge, but only a short drive away. View was stellar and owners were very considerate and communicative. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Place to Stay
We booked this place a year ago for a family Christmas trip. We chose this place because we been to Sevierville before with our RV, the pictures and the space for 8. From the booking to the final email from Cindy everything was smooth. We had no issues finding the place and when we drove up, we were already blown away with the views. When we got into "A Sight to See" everything was perfect, the decorations and the views. We enjoyed sunrise with a cup of coffee or two. The pictures do not do this place justice. We had everything from clear skies to rainy weather and still is amazing view. Everything was perfect from the kitchen, the WiFi, the games, and the beds. We could not ask for a better place. I would highly recommend for a good place to explore the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood. I would stay there again. Thanks again Cindy for all your support and the wonderful place to stay.

What a beautiful home!
My family just enjoyed a six night stay at this beautiful home! The home was immaculate and everything we needed was provided. The owners were even kind enough to check in and warn us about possible icy conditions. Our family is spread out across the country so the opportunity to get together and spend time at such a lovely home was an early Christmas gift to all of us. The views truly were spectacular! Fabulous
This is a beautiful home with a spectacular view. We had the best weather during our trip and everything your stay could ask for. I would definitely come back. Even got to see a huge 275lb + black bear walking down the road and then down the hill. Very memorable stay and the family had a great time.

Everything about this beautiful mountain retreat was perfect from start to finish! It is spacious, immaculately clean, and had all needed amenities.
