All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean.”

“La struttura è molto bella curata e pulita il cibo buono ma ripetitivo cucina internazionale la spiaggia molto bella pulita ordinata e curata il servizio straordinario dalla reception che mi hanno aiutato molto Ibram in particolare avendo avuto un problema purtroppo manca la barriera corallina come purtroppo un dappertutto a Sharm per trovarla bisogna spostarsi in aree protette comunque devo dire di essere molto soddisfatto ”

“Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here! ”

The staff are nice and friendly. There is a large selection of food but it could be better. Note to people of color- the majority of guests are white and unfortunately many carry themselves with so much privilege. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware”
