“A nice, new building less than a mile from downtown. Nice property overlooking the river and a friendly and helpful staff. But I could barely get the door to the terrace open! And we never did get the bathroom door to close all the way. (We had one of nicest rooms in the building.) Why such a nice, new building has such stiff, crooked doors I don't know. They hampered what was an otherwise very nice experience.”

“The room was very clean and the bed was comfy! I was very impressed with the bathroom in particular. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel itself is in a great location. You could easily walk to anywhere you needed to go. My only gripe is that the walls seemed to be very thin; you could clearly hear everyone in the lobby and through the hallway. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The hot tub worked on Friday night. Did NOT work sat. night. The clerk said she didn't know anything about it. Was never looked at while we were in there. Breakfast was good. The Fri night clerk was awesome. Very helpful when our door key card wouldn't work to let us back in our room, Happened a couple of times. Will definately stay again.”

“What a relaxing getaway for us who are busy raising three kids- 21,17 and 14. It’s been well over a decade since we did anything as husband and wife, without the kids. We grew up in Port Washington and savored being on Lake Michigan on two beautiful Spring Days. We took lots of walks and ate take out on the patio. With such views who needs a restaurant?? A total gem of a place, we will be back again. Thank you Mark!!”
