“The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The setting is rural and quiet, and the large deck on the back of the house is a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed, and the decor throughout the house was pleasing.”

“We loved our time at this cozy cottage. It was clean and modern with lots of snuggly spots to enjoy the views of Lake Erie. It was the perfect location for exploring Chautauqua county’s many picturesque towns and villages, both along Lake Erie and into Lake Chautauqua.”

“My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our few days at the lovely house. Beth and George were so quick to answer our questions and concerns. Our dog also had a wonderful time walking with us on the paths to Lake Erie. My favorite part might have been the relaxing furniture on the deck and watching the birds around the ponds. There was a pair of robins building a nest on a low branch right outside the kitchen window. Wish we could have stayed to watch as the eggs hatched!”

“Had a nice time. Very quiet. The arrangement of the bathroom and bedrooms is very bizarre. I do not recommend bringing kids if you want privacy with your partner. No door on main bedroom and bathroom is inside the main bedroom. Accordion door for secondary bedroom.”

“This house was perfect for our family visiting from Michigan. It was super comfortable and felt like home. Clean up was super easy and the property manager had great communication with us. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend this house.”

“We were in town for the college graduation. The lake house is a perfect place to get away for a weekend or more with friends or family. From the high end appliances to the fully stocked kitchen you can cook, bake and grill. There are lots of little thoughtful touches throughout. Each bed had a throw blanket that was great for relaxing in the living room or on the deck. The sunset view was spectacular. Lauren was very responsive quickly answering all of our questions leading up to our stay. Would……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a mini-adventure planned around the Solar Eclipse! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and set out some much appreciated goodies for our arrival. House was the perfect amount of space for us, and all the furniture was comfortable (beds, couch, dining table). Loved having the washer and dryer and definitely used it. “Karrie is an amazing host! This is the second time that we have stayed here for work. It's hard to believe we were working while enjoying this beautiful home. Everything we needed was in the house. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with all of the essentials, extremely comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was great for walking and the beach is just across the street Can't wait for our next work trip”

“Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling.……

“We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was perfectly organized and well maintained. The bedrooms were cozy as well as the living area. Very close to many attractions if you enjoy hiking biking and water sports. Grocery shopping was very close. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Our only recommendation would be to have full propane available for an extra charge. Otherwise it was perfect!!!”

“Beautiful property located right in Lake Erie. We felt very safe taking a peaceful evening stroll along the water to watch the sunset. Just a couple miles drive to SUNY Fredonia. ”
